Heather Powers began teaching fitness in 2012, and enjoys working with individuals and groups. Heather's instruction places a strong emphasis on postural stability. With a keen eye and attention to detail, Heather supports her clients growth with an emphasis on anatomical mechanics. Her primary focus is to support clients in developing stability as a building block to strengthening more deeply to achieve their fitness goals. Heather enjoys helping others maintain and improve their overall health.
